Q. What airport do I fly into? A. Malaga airport. Most airlines fly direct from UK and Ireland. Q. How far is it from the airport? A. 25km along the main motorway and coast road; all 2 lane. Q. How long does it take? A. The drive is about 20 to 30 mins. Usually 30 mins as your looking at sign posts and driving a bit slower than you would normally. Q. Do I really need a car? A. No, you can get there by bus or taxi from the airport, however a car is recommended. |

Q. Why is a car recommended? A. The apartment is set on a hill. It is not far from the main coast road but it is steep. The shop pictured left is close by and it is situated with a couple of restaurants and is 10 mins walk away. The main part of Riviera del Sol is also walking distance, 20 mins, but in the heat of the summer walking back up the hill will be hot. Q. Where can I find more information about Riviera del Sol? A. Q. What about very young children? A. The apartment has a travel cot for your use. Most restaurants have children's menus. Q. Is it easy to drive in Spain? A. Yes, it also depends on your experience. All the roads are very good and well sign posted. The days of pot holes and mad drivers are well gone!!! Note Make sure you bring both parts of your license (UK) to hire a car. Recommended Car Hire |

Q. What is the food and night life like? A. The local area has a selection of bars and restaurants that will suit all tastes. The apartment is just far enough away from the main bar area not to be affected by music or noise. Click here to find more information on this. (No need to take notes the best bits have been printed and are in a folder in the apartment.) Q. What happens if we turn up late? A. The shop at the bottom of the road, OPENCOR, (see left), is open until 2am 365. You can stop off here and get your milk and tea for the morning, before going for brunch in one of the local cafés or bars.
